Comprehensive Financial & Retirement Planning


What’s Involved:

✓ Prepare a comprehensive financial plan.
 Identify and clarify your goals, desires, and priorities.
 Over 12-months, provide an in-depth and recurring review of key financial areas, including:

  • Current financial position (what you own & owe).
  • Cash flow (income & expenses).
  • Insurance coverage – identify any gaps.
  • Investment and retirement funds, including risk tolerance & asset allocation.
  • Tax review and tax planning recommendations.
  • Estate planning, trust documents, and beneficiary review.
  • May include additional areas based on client needs.
  • Assist in addressing any recommended action items from prior steps.
  • Agree on “Next Steps” actions and provide periodic follow up.


Most Appropriate For:

Those desiring ongoing financial advice including a comprehensive financial plan and periodic plan updates.
For those with more complex financial situations, or who prefer the assistance of an advisor in addressing areas of concern.
Especially helpful during periods of financial or life changes, preparing for and entering retirement, or when considering your legacy.
This is intended to be an ongoing annual service but may be cancelled at the end of any 12-month contract period.


What’s It Cost?

Charges vary with the complexity of your situation, but typically range from $2,500 to $5,000 per year.
This is intended to be an ongoing annual service but may be cancelled at the end of any 12-month contract period.
Charges may be paid on a quarterly basis (25% due with the signed agreement and 25% due every three months thereafter).

Advisory Investment & Wealth Management


What’s Involved:

✓ Identify and clarify your goals, desires, and priorities.
 Determine your risk tolerance level.
 Prepare an investment proposal that seeks to achieve your goals, taking into consideration your income tax status, and risk tolerance.
 Establish advisory brokerage account to hold investments (retirement and/or non-retirement).
 Recommend appropriate mutual funds and exchange traded funds (ETF’s) that fit your needs.
 Provide ongoing monitoring of investment performance and make adjustments as needed.
 Periodic rebalancing of the portfolio (typically annually).
✓ Tax-loss harvesting as appropriate.
 Arrange periodic or one-time distributions to meet cash flow needs.
 Monitor IRS Required Minimum Distributions (RMD) for IRA accounts.
 Monthly account statements.
 Quarterly performance reports.
 Periodic review contacts plus client meeting(s) at least annually (in-person or virtual).


Most Appropriate For:

Those who want to delegate the ongoing expertise and the details involved in managing their investment portfolio, allowing them to focus their time on the things that matter most to them.
Clients with minimum investable retirement or non-retirement assets of at least $100,000.


What’s It Cost?

Advisory fees are based on a percentage of the total investments being managed.
A fee schedule will be provided if this is a service you need.
Fees are based on an annual percentage rate scale and are calculated and automatically deducted from your investment account on a quarterly basis.
This service may be terminated at any time without penalty.

Financial & Retirement Planning “Snapshot”


What’s Involved:

✓ Prepare a one-time “snapshot” financial/retirement plan.
✓ Identify and clarify your goals, desires, and priorities.
✓ Over 1 to 2 months provide a one-time review of the following financial areas:
✓ Current financial position (what you own & owe).
✓ Cash flow (income & expenses).
✓ Insurance – identifies coverage and gaps for specific risks.
✓ Investment and retirement funds, including risk tolerance. Make recommendations, if any.
✓ Review latest tax return. Identify any questions for you to review with your preparer.
✓ Acknowledge estate/trust documents and beneficiary designations.
✓ Provide “Next Steps” recommendations to be addressed by client directly.
✓ No follow up review or monitoring is included with this option.


Most Appropriate For:

Those desiring a one-time snapshot plan, including a review of several key financial areas.
It provides clarity around your current financial status and identifies how you are doing towards your goals.
It is intended for clients who are comfortable addressing any gaps or needed adjustments on their own and includes “Next Steps” recommendations.
This service is for a current period snapshot but may be selected again in a later year to get an updated plan and recommendations.


What’s It Cost?

Charges vary with the complexity of your situation, but typically range from $1,500 to $2,500.
This service is intended to be a one-time snapshot but may be selected again in a later year to receive an updated plan and recommendations (no more than once per year).
Charges may be paid in installments (1/3rd due with the signed agreement, 1/3 rd due within 30 days, and the remaining 1/3rd due upon delivery of the final plan).
